
Our Minister
Diane Stark was born and raised in the Washington, D.C. area, where she grew up in her own mother's Unity church. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Education. She has been active in Unity churches wherever she has lived - Los Angeles, New Jersey, Silver Spring, MD, and the Kansas City area. In 2003, she was overwhelmed with a desire to apply for the ministerial program and was ordained in 2006. She came to Michigan in 2007 and has been involved with Unity of Muskegon since 2008, teaching the children and guest speaking. She
became the spiritual leader in 2013, when the minister resigned. Since then, she has developed the conversation of this ministry to address the issues of daily living in a consciousness of Divine awareness. This year's theme, "Discover Your Spiritual Power," is at the heart of every challenge that we encounter.Diane is committed to embracing Truth and applying it so that each of us can experience fulfillment, well-being, and love. Rev. Diane Stark came to Michigan in 2007 from Unity Institute, the ministerial training school at the world headquarters, near Kansas City, MO. She has spent her life as a child advocate, conducting youth education in Unity spiritual centers from Washington, DC, to Leavenworth, KS. She attended the University of Maryland and graduated with a degree in education. Her two grown daughters live in Los Angeles and Berlin, respectively. Diane was born in Unity and has actively studied the Unity teachings throughout her entire life. "Unity is a way of life that embraces the soul's journey into a new consciousness where all people can live in harmony and abundance." Rev. Diane is committed to spiritual living in community.
